30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, email confirmation) is required for all returns or exchanges.

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 calendar days from the date the product was received.

  • Items returned used with damage caused by the user may be subject to a restocking fee. 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale, opened, damaged, or used are not eligible for returns.

  • Digital products or services, including downloadable software, gift cards, and personalized items, are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Return Process:

  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is required for processing the return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

  • If a replacement or exchange is requested, we will ship the new product within 3-5 business days after the return is processed.

5. Chargeback Policy:

We take fraud and chargebacks seriously and have implemented the following safeguards:

  • By purchasing from us, you agree that if you initiate a chargeback or dispute, we may provide the evidence of our return policy, communications, and proof of shipment/delivery to the payment provider.

  • If you attempt a chargeback without following our return process, we will provide documentation of your violation of our return policy to your payment processor, which can lead to the chargeback being dismissed and potential further action.

  • Chargeback fees will be passed to the customer if a chargeback is initiated inappropriately.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

  • For damaged items, please retain the original packaging and take pictures of the damage to help expedite the process.

7. Exceptions & Special Circumstances:

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if the above terms are not met, including if the product shows signs of misuse or damage not caused by shipping.
